Join us for the 106th Anniversary Commemoration
of the Triange Shirtwaist Factory Fire of 1911.
The tragic deaths of 146 workers in the Triangle Shirtwaist factory fire – most of whom were young, immigrant women – was a pivotal moment in our nation’s history. The tragedy led to increased union organizing, labor law reform, and fire safety regulations that continue to protect us.
This event is happening at the corner of Washington Place and Greene Street, NYC.
