SUMMARY:BK Rising Zoom Postcarding
DESCRIPTION:Postcards to Voters is an organization of volunteers who send handwritten  postcards to targeted voters to support democratic\ncandidates in local\, state and national elections. \n\nBk Rising is a working group of Get Organized Brooklyn which\nmeets weekly to send postcards to voters. Now because of social distancing\, we will meet on ZOOM to “check in”\, cheer one another on and report how many cards we send and for whom. Because controlling addresses would be very cumbersome\, we are asking everyone to become an approved writer for PostcardsToVoters.org.  This will enable volunteers to access addresses directly and write from home.\nNote that we will send out a sample card weekly for each campaign\, so make sure to RSVP and become an approved PostcardsToVoters writer!\n\nSources for Postcards & Stamps:\n-Bk Rising has supplies.
